Getting Started With Samtaal Shvas Preksha
When doing Samtaal Shvas Preksha, it’s good to:
Sit in a relaxed posture.
Close your eyes softly.
Be aware of your breath to ensure that you are taking deep breaths, allowing your stomach to rise.
Practice this regularly to encourage deep breathing on a daily basis.
How to do Samtaal Shvas Preksha
Samtaal Shvas Preksha is easy and quick to learn. Anyone can practice this technique. These are the four Steps to practice Samtaal Shvas Preksha.
Step 1: Breathe in for 5 seconds. Feel the air enter your lungs.
Step 2: Hold your breath inside for 5 seconds. Try to avoid exhaling for 5 seconds.
Step 3: Slowly exhale for 5 seconds.
Step 4: Hold your breath outside for 5 seconds. Try to avoid inhaling for 5 seconds.
Repeat this exercise as many times as you can. Even 5 minutes of deep breathing will help you feel more relaxed and in control.
