Dear Readers,
people dream. In fact all of us dream. Majority of our dreams take place when we are asleep. It is difficult to interpret those dreams and generally speaking most of such dreams are valueless. Then there are dreams, which we see when we are awake. Such types of dreams are also equally valueless - unless they are followed up with required action, hard work and all other ingredients, which are necessary to bring the dreams to fructification.

Acharyashri Tulsi, 9th terapanthi acharya used to dream a lot. He used to dream in awakened state. And then he did whatever was necessary to convert those dreams in to reality.

Dear Readers, “Jain Vishwa Bharati” is one such present day reality which was once just a dream of Acharyashri Tulsi. He wanted an institute which can develop and preach following seven main virtues:

Virtue

Meaning

Siksha

Education

Soudh

Research

Jain Vishwa Bharati became a reality in 1970. It’s sister organization, Jain Vishwa Bharati Institute is the only university imparting education on various streams based on above seven virtues and other principals of Jain religion. Present day terapanthi Acharya is the spiritual head of Jain Vishwa Bharati. The management powers are vested in hands of Management Committee, which works under a president.
