The Railways have announced the stoppage of around 22 UP and Down Super Fast Trains for the period of 15 days from 14th January until 29th January 2004 following Jalgaon City hosting Jain community's mega event Maryada Mahotsav having attendance of more than 20,000 fellows. The whole event hosted at Khandesh Mill campus (the Khandesh Spinning Mills factory premise now named as Ahinsa Nagar) is a unique event being hosted at one single location.
The stoppage trains include 2859Dn & 2860UP Gitanjali Express, 2133Dn & 2134Up Mumbai - Lucknow Pushpak Express, 2715Dn & 2716Up Nanded - Amritsar Sachkhand Express, 1093Dn & 1094Up Varanasi - Mumbai Mahanagari Express, 2101Dn & 2102Up Kurla Howrah Janeshwari Express, 6217Dn & 6218Up Nizzamuddin Mysore Suvarna Jayanti Express, 2779Dn & 2780Up Goa Express, 5645Dn, 5646Up, 5647Dn, 5648Up Dadar Gauahati Express, 2129Dn & 2130Up Azad Hind Express, 2617Dn & 2618Up Mangla Express Trains.
