Minister for Food Processing industries Mr. Subodhkant Sahay said that the total dependence on Government for upliftment of society and nation is not fair and practical. Each person should make efforts to make a strong nation at his own level. Social and non-governmental institutions should come forward and participate in education, health and public welfare. Sukhi Parivar Movement is a special creative and constructive undertaking to develop and uplift the tribals. In the leadership of Gani Rajendra Vijay many public welfare activities are working in tribal areas of Gujarat. Mr. Sahay said that these kind of movements are also required in the areas of Bihar and Jharkhand.

Welcoming Gani Rajendra Vijay, founder of Sukhi Parivar Movement and other Jain Saints at his residence, Mr. Sahay expressed the above statements. A delegate of Sukhi Parivar Movement was present at this meeting. He said that Saints are great sources of energy. The decline of moral and character values can be stopped in their leadership. Mr. Sahay also launched the book “Mahaveer ka Samajshastra” written by Gani Rajendra Vijay and said that this Book is very useful and Mahaveera’s teaching focus on overall enrichment of the social and individual life. He said that Gani Rajendra Vijay elaborates on peaceful co-existence and peace of mind. Mr. Sahay said that Bhagwan Mahaveera is not only a Spiritual Leader but also a social reformer. He is a real Spiritual Scientist.

On this occasion Sukhi Parivar Abhiyan founder Gani Rajendra Vijay said that at present hunger, unemployment, poverty, illiteracy, communal differences and terrorism are major problems. “We are trying to solve these problems under the roof of Sukhi Parivar Movement. Today if we follow truth and non-violence of Mahavir, Buddha and Mahatma Gandhi, definitely we can easily encounter half the problems. A nation will build on these basic principles. We hope that the Sukhi Parivar Abhiyan will create some drastic changes in the tribal lifestyle and their social status.”

According to Gani Rajendra Vijay: “The philosophy of non-violence (ahimsa) has no meaning without the application of self-discipline. If everyone believes in self-discipline, concurrence and philosophy of co-existence, then only the glorious form of ahimsa will be revealed and the real meaning of ahimsa will be understood by us.” We realize that people involved in violence are highly organised and crimes are committed with great planning. But people who profess ahimsa and believe in it are scattered and spread out. If we are unorganised we cannot stop the violence. So it has become essential to be organized for the ahimsa loving people to face the violent groups and stop them. Gani Rajendra Vijay said to Sahay that the teaching of Mahavir should join education pattern, so that it can reach every man. Gani Rajendra Vijay said that at present many problems like poverty, illiteracy and communal fraction confront the Nation and World, but the biggest problems are terrorism and Naxals. Terrorism and Naxalism grow due lack of unbalanced development. We are trying to solve these problems through Sukhi Parivar Movement.

Secretary of Sukhi Parivar Foundation Mr.Lalit Garg also welcomed Mr. Sahay with flowers and a shawl and presented him latest issues of publications.

The main members of foundation Mr. Mukesh Agrawal, Shri Gopal Sharma,Mr. Lalit Nahar, Mr. Vijaybhai Rathwa, were also present during the meeting.
