Workshop on Conservation of Manuscripts

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for participating to the Workshop on Conservation of Manuscripts to be organized from
Wed. 23 March 2011 to Sun. 27 March 2011:
- Eligibility: Minimum high Second Class Under Graduate Degree in Arts or Science. Preference will be given to Post Graduate degree holders with Sanskrit, Prakrit, Pali, Ancient Indian History, Culture & Archaeology, Chemesitry.
- Desirable: Participants must be able to read and write Devanagari Script and must have a good working knowledge of both Hindi and English Languages.
- General: (1) Medium of instructions will be Hindi & English. (2) Photocopies of Certificates/ Degrees should be enclosed with the application form. (4) Incomplete application forms will be rejected prima-facie immediately. (4) Attendence is necessary for all five days. (5) The Institute will not foot the medical bills of any participant, in case of such need.
- Facilities offered: Free lodging and boarding for the duration of the course.
- Certificates: will be awarded to the participants on completion of the Workshop.
