On 22nd May 2011, TPF Bangalore organized “Career Counselling Workshop” at Adarsh College auditorium, Bangalore. Around 150 students participated in the workshop.

The idea of the workshop was to help students understand their hidden potential in a scientific way via Psychometric testing & interactive session with the experts. This will help student decide on the career path.

In the gracious presence & guidance of His Holiness Acharya shri Mahashramanji’s disciple Sadhvi Sangeetshree ji the program began. National TPF President, Shri Narendra Shyamsukha, General Secretary Inderchand Dudheria,TPF National Vice-President Shri Sanjay Dhariwal, renowned Counselor Shri Jaishankar, Honorary secretary Adarsh College, Shri Premraj Bhansali & Vice President of Adarsh College, Shri KK. Bhansali graced the occasion.

The workshop started with the holy chanting by TPF Bangalore Vice President Shri Ashok Surana. TPF Bangalore President Shri C.L. Nahar, welcomed all the participants and dignitaries. He also announced that Shri Himmath Jain is appointed as TPF Bangalore Secretary.

Sadhvi Sangeetshree ji, in her holy message said that, for achieving success 4 S’s is very important. They are Sadachaar, Sadvichar, Sadvyavahar and Sadsanskar. She also stressed the importance of being Vyasan-Mukt for life.

National TPF President, Shri Narendra Shyamshukha, General Secretary Shri Inderchand Dudheria & South Zone Vice President Shri Sanjay Dhariwal welcomed all the participants & also congratulated the participants for being part of such a wonderful workshop, which will shape their future in a positive way.

Renowned counselor Shri Jai Shankar (IIM-Kolkata) introduced the workshop to the students. He also highlighted the usefulness of the workshop in building student’s career. The morning session was convened by Shri Mahendra Dak.

Later on for 2 hours all the students appeared for Guilford-Zimmerman test & New PI psychometric test. These test were conducted in Auditorium by Shri Jai Shankar & Ms. Kusum.

After the completion of Psychometric testing all the students were sent to different classes depending upon their area of interest like Engineering, Medical, Management, Marketing, HR, Arts, Fashion etc. Around 25 experts helped the students understand the importance of respective fields. This was an interactive session. Students got lot of help in terms of courses to select, colleges to join and future career prospects.

In the last session, all the industry experts gave a brief view to all the students about their respective field. Shri Himmath Jain, TPF Bangalore Secretary, thanked all the students, parents, sponsors, industry experts, counselor & National TPF team. He also thanked the young team, consisting of Vikas Ganna, Rakesh Pokharna, Manoj Kochar & Sushil Bafna, which executed the workshop with brilliance. The final session was convened by Shri Sanjay Dhariwal.
