Sadhvi Vishrut Vibha conducted most of the Anupreksha sessions in the afternoon. In the first session she gave introductory explanations on the difference between Anupreksha and Preksha. In Anupreksha we think, whereas in Preksha we perceive. Anupreksha aims at character transformation, colours are combined with suggestions. In Contemplation of Forbearance the suggestions are related with bright blue colour which supports the power of forbearance.

Bright blue colour like the curtain behind the sadhvijis.

Anupreksha can be practised also in the standing position. Some feel more concentrated in this position.

Karuna and Aparigraha (Editors) concluding the contemplation session.
