Tiruparuttikunram (also named Thirupathikundram) is a small village in the outskirts of Kanchipuram. The two Jain temples of that place are of special art historical importance. The village is situated on the right bank of the river Vegavatī and is popularly known as "Jina-Kānchī" today. Tiruparuttikunram formed part of Kanchipuram from very ancient times.
