Ghanerao Jain Temples

The village Ghanerao, situated in Pali district of Rajasthan, is sourrounded by numerous Jain and Hindu temples. Most famous among the Jain temples of this place is Muchhal Mahavir Jain Temple at Ghanerao, which is situated south of the village. The temple, which is dedicated to Mahavira, is the only Jain temple where first Tirthankara Mahavira is depicted with a moustache.
