This conference will bring together leaders from the Jain community, Jain Centers, education and business. This conference is hosted by JAINA LRP (Long Range Planning Committee), JERF (Jain Education and Research Foundation) and FIU (Florida International University).

Together with community leaders, noted guest speakers Dipak Jain and Bharat Desai will provide guidance and direction in supporting the goals of the each organization. The objective of the conference

The objective for the conference is to create the future of Living and Sharing a Jain Way of Life in North America.

To meet the above objective, conference attendees will collaborate on :

Education - To share our vision and goals for the next 20 years
Teams - New groups and partnerships to implement initiatives
Tools - Access to a wealth of resources (web platform, finances, contacts, access to JAIN office/committees) for implementation of our vision
Direction– To nurture a Jain Way of Life that is socially responsible.

	Dipak Jain Dean Emeritus of INSEAD and Marketing Professor Mr. Jain served as Dean of INSEAD from May 2011 to March 2013 and became Marketing Professor in March 2013. Dean Emeritus of Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, from September 2009 to May 2011, Sandy and Morton Goldman Professor in Entrepreneurial Studies and Professor of Marketing since September 2009 and 1994 to July 2001, Dean from July 2001 through August 2009, and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs from July 1996 to June 2001 (Educational institution). read more

	Bharat Desai Chairman and Co-founder, Syntel Born in Kenya and raised in India, Bharat Desai attended the revered Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai and moved to the U.S. as a programmer for Tata Consultancy Services in 1976. Four years later, he founded Syntel with his wife Neerja Sethi while earning his M.B.A. from University of Michigan. Started as a bootstrap operation with $2,000, the IT consulting and outsourcing company went public in 1997, and it now employs over 21,000 people around the world. read more
