2013 Jewel of Jain World award presented to Dr. Hampa Nagarajaiah
2013 Jewel of Jain World award was presented to Dr. Hampa Nagarajaiah, a well known Kannada Jain scholar by Jain World's senior advisory member Shri. Sunilsen Peramanu of Atlanta, USA at the Dharma Sabha conducted during Panchakalyanak Pratishta Mahotsav in Haveri, Karnatak State last month
Dr. Hampa Nagarajaiah was conferred 2013 Jewel of Jain World award for his vision and life time dedication to Jainism. Apart from being a Jain scholar, he is a social activist, reformer, and a great orator. He is a visiting professor to universities in the United States, Canada and Europe. As a prolific writer, he has written 70 books and several research papers.
