Superiority complex is dangerous.
Inferiority complex is less dangerous than that.

The one who has a superiority complex is unjust to his juniors.
The one who has an inferiority complex is unjust to himself.

How can the one who can not do justice unto himself, do justice unto others?
Justice can be meted out only by the one who is balanced, free from inferiority or a superiority complex.
