Challenges to Jain Pracharak and Sanrakshak in View of Scientific Discoveries of Last 400 Years

A large number of next generations of Jain Community is adopting Science and Technology as their path to pursue. Their religious Jain teaching and scientific discoveries pose challenges to them and finding relevance & reconciliation of their religion in new era of science and technology. While vegetarianism, jeevdaya and way of living is supported, modern finding in physics, chemistry, biology, cosmology and general understanding of universe and life requires reconciliation. And they spend more years learning science and technology than Jainism.

Without getting into exact description, science says universe originated with Big Bang some 13.9 billion years ago from yet unknown type of energy source. At 10 followed by -43 seconds it was very small, less than proton and at very high temperature of about 10 followed by 32 Kelvin (Centigrade = Kelvin-273). Space and Time originated with this. What was before Big Bang is not known. This then in fraction of time made photons, quarks and leptons and then nuclei of hydrogen and helium and lithium. Light cannot travel till this time. At age of 300 000 years temperature dropped and atoms of hydrogen and helium formed. Light can travel now and radiation from this is cosmic back ground radiation. Under gravity this started forming galaxies and star. Fusion in stars made lots of elements. There are more than 108 elements like hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, iron. Explosion of stars made planets around them from these elements under gravity and earth is one of them which happened 4.6 billions years ago. Under certain situations carbon formed complex molecules like DNA and Lipids and cells formed and life originated around 3.5 billions years ago. This evolved for billions of years to forms millions of life forms. Humans originated some 6 million years ago in Africa and mutated to form different colour of skin, hair and eye and features as they moved and populated around the globe, creating many languages, community, culture, religions, food habits and tools in area which was in physical limits of time. Since last 400 years through science and technology they understand universe and life the way described above and are a worldwide connected technology community with Aeroplanes, Ships, Internet, Telecommunications etc.

1. Background radiation and description of lok and alok is quite different. As per laws of cosmology the lok form with corners etc is not possible.
2. Are seven heaven and hells and siddha shila planets? Does it  mean life is only on 15 planets?
3. Earth images from satellite and as described in Jainism with Jammu Dwip etc does not match.
4. Number of elements making universe given by science is more than 108 compared to six by Jainism. 
5. Science has not shown evidence of soul. Is soul only a feeling generated by certain neural network of brain?
6. Does soul travel at speed faster than light to reach various heaven and hell. As per science nothing can travel faster than light?
7. Brain waves generated does not go beyond 12 ft, how prayers and mantras works!!? 
8. In this time yantra gives siddhi to common person like microscope, telescope, mobile, internet. Future discoveries in faster than light travel using exotic material can take to siddha shila, the ultimate goals of Jainism, does following Jain rituals and tapasya required, as also there is no soul and karma particle. Life is manifestation of lots of complex chemicals under certain conditions giving billions of years of time. Up and down of life is just a matter of this manifestation rather than karma. We are living in period of collective destiny, you can get siddhi to fly in few thousand rupees, you can get siddhi to talk to someone far away in few rupees etc.
9. Is Nirvana state of mind, rather than soul as certain brain hemarage point out, where in it gave a feeling of Nirvana.
