Dear Young Jaina Awardees,

Jai Jinendra,

How are you doing? We hope you have been excelling in your careers and lives and keeping a good health.

As we step in to the 18th glorious year of Young Jaina Award (YJA started in 2001 with the blessings and guidance of Munishri Kshamsagarj Ji to encourage higher education and moral values) and we cross the benchmark of 13,000 awardees, we Maitree Samooh members and a few senior awardees were thinking that it has been a long time since we met/ interacted with all of you during 2001-2008 YJA ceremonies.

All of us have great memories of the time that we spent with you in the pious presence of Munishri Kshamasagar Ji. We are sure you too will have a memory or two of Young Jaina Award ceremonies. How about reliving those memories again? You guessed it right; we are planning to organize a get together for our senior awardees (who have received YJA before 2008). There could not have been a better timing for the get-together with the proposed date being the 20th August coinciding with Munishri’s Kshamsagar Ji’s Diksha Diwas.

It will probably be a daylong event and the venue will be somewhere in Central Madhya Pradesh.

आदि का त्याग।
6. उम्र भर थूकने का त्याग।
7. जीवनभर चटाई का त्याग।
8. बिना बताये विहार करना।
9. बिना किसी घोषणा के दीक्षा देना।
10. आचार्य श्री की पिच्छी की कभी भी बोली नही लगती
बल्कि जो संयम को लेता है उसे मिलती है।
11. आपका पूरा परिवार ही साधू बनकर मोक्ष मार्ग पर लगा

Khandargiri [Located in Madhya Pradesh] is at a distance of one km from historic city Chanderi of Dist. Guna situated in hilly area. Here are six caves in hills with so many idols of Teerthankars, so beautiful, a unique example of sculpture art. In Cave No. 2 a high standing colossus of Lord Adinath is very attractive and miraculous. These idols are carved by cutting rocks of hills, completed during 13th to 16th century. These hills are a part of the Vindhyachal Mountain range. Must visit once.
