Process of Meditation
Sit in a meditation posture, Visualize bright sun rising red colour at the Centre of Intuition at the middle of the eye brows,
Give auto suggestion: (verbally) 5 times: "I am enthusiastic, energetic, confident, and successful in all positive aspects of my life” and then repeat mentally;
Contemplate on the emotion of enthusiasm: “Enthusiasm is the spark in my eye, the grip of my hand, the charming flow of my will and my energy to execute my ideas. I will try to stay enthusiastic and handle any situation with my positive energy.
3. SOME OTHER PRACTICAL STEPS
Get out of a Negative outlook: Instead of saying I can't do it strongly utter over and over with a positive approach that sure, I can do it” and you will find miracle happening within you. So get rid of your negative mindset
Get to know your unique valuable contribution: As soon as you discover your divine abilities, and get clear on what your unique contribution to the self and to the entire world is going to be, you will begin to cultivate your enthusiasm and feel a new power rising up within you. Things will begin to shower upon you.
Get ready to accept new challenges: Don't be afraid of challenges. They are part of um Face them; accept them and you will feel that inner vital power has started flourishing within you.
Get inspired From Children: Children are masters of knowing how to live. For example, when they learn walking they become passionate to walk. It doesn’t matter how many times they stand and fall how many times their legs get injured, but they never give up hope. Their enthusiasm keeps than perseverance alive and finally they learn walking.

Enthusiasm means that we are positive about the outcome of whatever we do. It develops the belief that whatever has happened, has happened for good. This conviction helps us to keep ourselves strong in any adverse circumstances. When we respond to any situation by being positive, optimistic and constructive, we find that some bright future is on the threshold coming up to embrace us. We then pay gratitude to self fortune and people around us. Automatically, our outlook changes. All of us who can take each activity as a positive adventure can inspire the same attitude in others, in everyone around us.

In this context we can say that “you need 1% enthusiasm and 99% perspiration to accomplish a goal."
A small degree of enthusiasm can make the same difference - it can build or destroy a life. If you choose to be happy and enthusiastic nobody can stop you from staying happy.

"HOW ARE YOU?”
Sometimes people ask and do not show interest in listening to the reply. With your enthusiastic answer at the top of your voice, make them listen and leave them shocked and amazed. The answer should be:
"I AM ON TOP OF THE WORLD".
It doesn't matter in what mood you are or what happened to you, just reply in this way. When you say "I am on top of the world” you should mean it with your body, mind, heart and hands. You should feel it. This will immediately elevate your mood as well as the mood of others and will create a positive environment around you. It will also improve the attitudes of others toward you and inspire the universe to keep you on the top.
We need to turn mental ignition on to fire our enthusiasm up. We have to remain optimistic about having a wonderful future ahead of us. We must be thankful and appreciative of all the good things we have in life.
