Paraalamb to Svaalamb Meditation: A Right Path of Meditation
Using external objects and the body in support of the practice of meditation leads to better concentration, and strengthens the practice of paraalamb meditation and then the practitioner becomes able to practice svaalamb meditation with peace.
However, without mastering paraalamb meditation if one starts svaalamb meditation then he or she may feel somewhat uneasy. This restlessness will be an obstacle during meditation.
Therefore, it is very important that our mind be at peace without any deflection. If we practice meditation with a calm and peaceful mind, move forward from paraalamb meditation to svaalamb then the practice of meditation will prove not only useful in leading a normal life but a blessing in finding solutions to complex problems.
