Do you want to practice meditation then let's start with Samataal breath observation. Meditate daily for 10 days from 1 minute to 10 minutes through Preksha Meditation app. 1 minute on 1st June, 2 minutes on 2nd June, 3 minutes on 3rd June, in this way one minute has to be increased till 10th June respectively.
