Samtaal Shvaas Preksha Workshop Enlightens Ipca Laboratories Executives on the Path to Mental Well-beingMumbai, October 19, 2023 - In a remarkable initiative, Preksha International and India's premier pharmaceutical company, Ipca Laboratories Limited organised a "Samtaal Shvas Preksha Workshop" at the Ipca Labs headquarters under its flagship Corporate Wellness Program. The event, graced with the blessings of H H Acharya Mahashraman Ji, aimed to introduce executives to the profound benefits of Preksha Meditation and enhance their mental well-being.
The workshop, attended by 70 participants, began with a warm welcome by Nivedita Rai, DGM, Human Resources at Ipca Labs, who introduced the Preksha International team to the attendees. The event started with an introduction to Preksha International's mission and vision by Kamal Dharewa.
Preksha Meditation Training was provided by Sameer Vakil and Chetna Bapna, renowned Preksha International trainers. They skillfully led participants through the Samtaal Shvaas Preksha technique, seamlessly blending theory and practical demonstrations. An interactive Q&A session allowed participants to delve deeper into the practice.
The event drew to a close with a heartfelt vote of thanks from Preksha International Secretary, Gaurav Kothari. He expressed his thanks to Ashokji Dhakad for connecting the organisations, the dedicated trainers, and Ipca management, along with the enthusiastic participants from Ipca Labs.
