We started about 06:30. In and outside Taranagar it was foggy and we hardly could recognise the landscape. People and animals were shivering, apparently because they were unfamiliar with mist. After one and a half hour journey, we stopped at a tea stand and ate some biscuits. When we got back to the car, the first sunrays came out and burned bright holes into the clouds. Originally, the plan was to go with Ahimsa Yatra from Taranagar up to Tamkor, the birthplace of H.H. Acharya Mahaprajnaji, and from Tamkor by car to Ladnun. In Delhi, Swami Dharmanandji advised us to change schedule and to go on 23rd November from Taranagar to Ladnun, as Samani Mangal Pragyaji had to leave Ladnun on 24th November to participate in a conference of Indian university heads and would be abroad for quite some time. We agreed and were invited to stay in university guesthouse overnight and aspired to join Ahimsa Yatra next day. In Ladnun, we intended to take the interview of JVBI’SVice-Chancellor Dr. Samani Mangal Pragyaji who was appointed only some weeks ago, and of JVBI’S registrar Dr. Jagat Ram Bhattacharyya. Further, we wanted to meet with Munishree Kishan Lalji and Samanijis present in Ladnun and report on Mumukshu Training Centre, where female novices are trained. The landscape was in sun’s hands again, which inspired Aparigraha to collect impressions of the desert in a slide show and to combine this with a small video sequence of the train, connecting Rewari with Bikaner and coming over Ladnun. This train made us halt all times when we went to or came from Ladnun, it reminded us to movies from the Wild West of the Americas. Moreover it indicates that one is no more far from the destination Ladnun. The underlying music is composed and performed by Aparigraha.

When we arrived at 11:00, JVBI's registrar, Dr. Jagat Ram Bhattacharyya heartily welcomed us. We know each other from our stay in Ladnun in January / February 2005 and are in contact since then.
