Acharya Shri was born in 1920 in Tamkor (Rajasthan), India.
He renounced family and all worldly comforts, and embraced monkhood at the tender age of 10 on 29th January 1931.
This occasion provides us an opportunity to celebrate the birth of this great soul, and encourages us to follow on his footsteps to attain peace and relief from worldly pains and suffering.
The 88th Birthday celebration of HH Acharya Mahapragya will include presentations by
Samani Akshay Pragyaji - “Acharya Mahapragya: Past and Present”,
and
Samani Vinay Pragyaji - “Social Contribution of Acharya Mahapragya”
A light lunch will follow the program.
