Swami Dharmanandji & Nirmalaji arriving in Berlin

We arrived in Berlin at 10:00 am and were warmly received by Karuna and Aparigraha Jain, Raoul and Paulo from Spain at the airport. This time, the Berlin weather was very nice, and we were pleased to be in Berlin again after two years. From the airport, we drove straight to the Yoga School of Trupti Traudel Pandya. Traudel was waiting for us and gave a warm welcome to us, when we reached there. She was pleased to see us in her Yoga School. She got the information about us from Karuna Jain, editor of HereNow4U. She seems to be a pious lady, and we are impressed by her simplicity.

After lunch, which was purely Indian, we took some rest. At 4:00 pm, the programme was started in the yoga hall with the chanting of Arham. I straight came to the topic of today's talk, Preksha Meditation. I told the participants which were ten in number that this is the latest technique propagated by Acharya Tulsi and Acharya Mahaprajna based on the wisdom of Lord Mahavira. Although its origin is in Jainism, it is for humanity beyond any cast, creed or faith. The main aim of the technique is self- realisation. In this process, we get the solution of our day-to-day problems like physical & mental health problems. Keeping in mind the present day problems of the people, this technique is very simple and can be practised easily. I explained about the technique in detail and about its different practices, which are given gradually.

There are two main practices, one is Kayotsarga, and the other is Perception of Deep Breathing. First, I guided the participants in Deep Relaxation and then to Perception of Deep Breathing. Karunaji had translated during the whole session into German language. A nice question and answer session followed the practice. I saw the satisfaction on the faces of the participants.
