Samani Bhavit Pragya ji the learned disciples of Acharya Mahapragya Ji stressed on raising inner power on 26th July, 2009 at Amolak Bhawan, Raipur (Chhattisgarh).
Her speech centered at how to develop raise inner power among our young generation. She emphasized that all human beings are blessed with infinite power and everybody desires of becoming more powerful, more courageous and more confident in their lives. We all want to feel powerful, confident and fearless.
In our day to day life, at some instances we feel powerless as if our inner power has suddenly reduced due to irrational fear, lack of confidence, due to inferiority complex, negative thoughts etc.
On the other hand you are making another person responsible for your feelings, some people give up their inner power by saying, “if you hadn’t interrupted in between, I would have achieved my goal.”
That’s simply not true. Nobody can control your life unless you allow it. If you do allow it, you’re setting yourself up for others to control your life. Let us know what is the difference between powerful and powerless man. Powerful people never blame others. They know what’s their responsibility and what’s the other person’s responsibility.
On the contrary powerless people blame others. Like-you make me feel angry or miserable. It means you are giving your power away in exchange for trying to make the other person feel guilty. That kind of an exchange is not fair to him or good for you because you say that he has the power to make you experience an emotional feeling which you don’t want to express other people can only contribute to your feelings; they can’t control them.
Samani Vipul Pragya, the learned disciples of Acharya Shri Mahapragya Ji said that What is the inner power? How to feel it? Power brings freedom. Nobody has undue influence over the powerful person. How to feel our power?
In this reference I would to like to say about Preksha Meditation. It plays an important role and helps increasing inner power. Through practicing Preksha Meditation you can start to feel your own power. On recognizing our inner strength we can discard those dependent needs that get ourselves into troubles and turn us into a victim. Those needs make you susceptible to manipulation by people who tell you what you want to hear from them for their own gain, not yours.
If you have not yet considered yourself as a powerful person in past or at present, you may need to start building your powerful image from Preksha Meditation through practicing complete relaxation, internal trips, auto suggestion contemplation etc. That will reinforce the new attitude; you are trying to build on the inside.
Preksha Meditation is a simple process by which one can know their inner powers. I would like to introduce to you the technique used in Preksha Meditation:
This process completes in four steps:
First Step:
Posture & Mudra
Second Step:
Relaxation
Third Step:
Internal Trip
Forth Step:
Contemplation
In Preksha Meditation in the contemplation steps we use the technique of recital to strengthen our inner power. During this phase we concentrate on the centre of bliss i.e. at the centre of our chest, near to our heart and start reciting
“I am becoming powerful person, my strengths are increasing and I will be blessed with more and more inner power”
This we need to recite nine times at least. I am sure that after using this technique you will fell stronger, more powerful and more fearless.
