- Now, through the spinal cord return back to the Centre of Energy.
- Undertake the journey inside the spinal cord from bottom to top and top to bottom.
- Experience the subtle vibrations of vital energy occurring inside the spinal cord.
- Focus your attention in the spinal cord. Practise it for two minutes. Synchronize your breath with your conscious mind. While exhaling, lift your conscious mind to the Centre of Knowledge and while inhaling come back to the Centre of Energy.
[During the practice or beforehand, the trainer can give an example of a blood pressure measuring instrument. Consciousness can be compared to mercury moving up and down.]
Phase II:
With deeper experience, internal trip can also be practised as follows:

- Lift up the energy from the Centre of Energy to the Centre of Purity, located in the throat through the spinal cord.

- Undertake the journey inside the spinal cord from the Centre of Energy to the Centre of Purity and from the Centre of Purity to the Centre of Energy.
- Experience the subtle vibration of vital energy occurring inside your spinal cord.
- Focus your attention inside the spinal cord. Practise it for two minutes. Synchronize your breath with your conscious mind. While exhaling lift up your conscious mind to the Centre of Purity and while inhaling come back to the Centre of Energy.
[The method described for Centre of Knowledge and Centre of Purity can be used for rest of the psychic centres, i.e. Centre of Energy, to Centre of Health/ Centre of Bio-electricity/ Centre of Bliss and Centre of Purity. This way Antaryatra—internal trip can be associated with any of these Centres.]
