Aphorism of Wisdom - 1

The truth searched by others, enlighten us but to a limited extent. Therefore, it is essential to search the truth by ourselves and its essence is—to have friendliness towards all living beings.

"Appana sachchamesej ja metim bhuesu kappae".

Search for the truth yourself. Be friend to all living beings.

(Repeat it for three times)

Aphorism of Wisdom - 2

The Knowledge becomes meaningful and beneficial only when it comes into practice.

(Repeat it for three times)

Sharan Sutra - 3

There are many obstructive elements. To protect the self from these obstacles, one needs the armour of protection which does not get influenced by hurdles.

"Arahante saranampavajjami
Siddhe saranam pavaj jami
Sahu saranam pavaj jami
Kevali pannattam dhammam saranam pavaj jami".

Meaning:

I take refuge in the Omniscient
I take refuge in the Liberated ones
I take refuge in the Saints
I take refuge in the religion propounded by Omniscient.

Aphorism of Faith - 4

Only the soul which resides in everybody is the truth and this truth is the universal law. Paying homage to the soul means paying homage to the pure consciousness.

Vande sachcham

Sit in prayer posture, keep the spine and neck straight and inhale completely.
Recite "Vande" while exhaling and bow down while reciting "sachcham" and touch the forehead to the floor.
Inhale and come back to prayer posture.
