Jai Siddhatma! Happy May, fellow Truth Seekers, Acharya Shree Yogeesh always encourages his students to not only dream but more importantly "to do". Doing requires action and effort. Often times we get inspired, have a big wish or vision to do something meaningful with our lives or to help people; however, most of the time we hold ourselves back due to fear, lack of experience or confidence, or some other self-limiting belief. As a reminder to you, figure out what you want to do, dream, have a vision, gain some clarity, and then go out and DO it. Baby steps, slow and steady, helps you achieve your destination. These same basic teachings and principles are what helped the Siddhayatan team produce a documentary to combat human trafficking, STOPPING TRAFFIC. See all the updates below!:) |

| "Good stubbornness is the best thing to have...it is popularly known as having a strong will. If we have a strong will, we can do anything in this world. Nothing is impossible. This power, willpower, can create miracles. You need willpower to totally transform, which automatically changes the world." - Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Soul Talks: New Beginnings. |

| STOPPING TRAFFIC is a multiple award-winning feature documentary. It has been officially selected for international and national film festivals garnering attention and support from the film industry to support Siddhayatan's efforts to combat human trafficking. In early May, Siddhayatan Tirth had it's Cast & Crew private screening of the documentary in Los Angeles, which was attended by cast and crew, donors, the ashram community, the film industry, social influencers, and many more. The event was hosted by Jeannie Mai, co-host of Emmy-nominated "The Real," who is also featured in the film. A special thank you to all the volunteers who made this event happen! |

| As you now know, STOPPING TRAFFIC is an award-winning film dedicated to the movement to help end sex trafficking and we are seeking help to continue the impact and momentum it's already generating. STOPPING TRAFFIC is set to be released in September 2017 and we need a positive, energetic, hard working, and “willing to do whatever it takes” volunteer team through the pre-launch, celebrity premiere, theatrical release, and post-release.
If you are inspired and would like to contribute to this important endeavor to end
sex-trafficking in the world and in our lifetime, we invite you to learn how your efforts, talents, skills and background can potentially be applied towards this noble project. |

| | | CONCENTRATION: A Technique The untamed mind is not helpful to the soul. When a mind is focused, it becomes the best instrument. Why the path is often difficult is because of a weak mind -- it is easily distracted, goes up and down, in the past and the future, and is hardly stable...resulting in a lack of balance and unhappiness. When you learn how to concentrate, then you can go deeper into meditation and gain the clarity you are seeking. Watch this video on how to concentrate. |
