Meditation based on the corporeal frame of the body- The technique of meditation, in which the concentration of mind is practised by making the parts of body such as head, eye-brows, palate etc. as the supporting centres of focusing the mind on.śarīrālambi piṇḍastam... śiro-bhrū-tālu-lalāṭa-mukha-nayana-śravaṇa-nāsāgra-hṛdaya-nābhyādi śārīrālambanāni.
