International Preksha Meditation Camp Concludes with Insights on Spiritual Growth🧘🏼♂️In a serene and enlightening gathering, the eight-day International Preksha Meditation Camp organised by the Preksha International came to a close in Mumbai. The International camp, under the guidance of the revered Acharya Shri Mahashraman Ji, witnessed participation from more than 45 individuals from countries including Russia, Ukraine, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Indonesia, Nepal, Bharat and Vietnam. Participants received training on meditation and yoga during this global event.
As the retreat concluded, attendees expressed a sense of transformation and personal growth. Many remarked that the International Preksha Meditation Camp had a profound impact on them, leaving them with a renewed sense of positivity and taking home invaluable experiences.
Acharya Shri Mahashraman emphasised the primary focus of the meditation camp, which was to attain spiritual purity through karma. He pointed out that the soul becomes purified through meditation and ascetic practices, and the more one practises restraint and austerity, the purer the soul becomes. He encouraged everyone to cultivate a pure consciousness.
During the closing ceremony, Muni Shri Kumarshraman Ji expressed his thoughts, and participants from different nations shared their spiritual experiences. Tatiana Komarova, a Russian singer from Russia sang devotional songs in Hindi, Laura Lisante from Mexico and Polina Luzhinskaya from Russia shared her experiences, and Gaurav Kothari, secretary of Preksha International, gave vote of thanks.
The International Preksha Meditation Camp provided a unique opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to come together, learn, and experience the transformative power of meditation and self-discipline. It was a spiritual journey that left a lasting impact on all those who participated.
