Pranam,
We are absolutely overjoyed to share some truly extraordinary and uplifting news with you all. We have just learned that, in addition to Rishibhai, his mother, Sunitaben Shah , will also be taking diksha on the very same day and at the very same place! This rare and deeply spiritual moment is a testament to their unwavering faith, dedication, and commitment to the path of renunciation. Witnessing a mother and son embark on this sacred journey together is an incredible blessing and a moment of great inspiration for us all.
Sunitaben will be a disciple of Param Pujya Shree Hitatmarekhashreeji, who was formerly our very own Sangh member Hetaben Dineshbhai Shah from Windsor, ON. This makes the occasion even more special, as it beautifully reflects the deep spiritual roots and connections within our community.
It is a once-in-a-lifetime blessing for our community to witness not just one, but two mumukshus embark on this profound spiritual journey together. Their decision to embrace diksha signifies their ultimate detachment from worldly life and a complete surrender to the path of Jain dharma—a path of self-discipline, inner purity, and devotion to higher spiritual ideals.
We feel immensely grateful and honored to have the opportunity to celebrate and express our heartfelt bahuman during the three day Virti Vardhapana Mahotsav, March 14-16 , for both Sunitaben and Rishibhai as they take this extraordinary leap towards liberation. Their journey will undoubtedly inspire and uplift all of us, reinforcing the deep values of our faith and the boundless possibilities of spiritual awakening.
Let us all come together in unity and reverence to celebrate this auspicious occasion, to offer our support and admiration, and to witness this divine transition with immense joy and gratitude.
Looking forward to celebrating this auspicious occasion with each and every one of you!
