Samani Pratibha Pragya delivered a lecture on high blood pressure, its cause and remedies by Preksha Meditation. She suggested people to change their life style and food habits, i.e. to take less salt, avoid fried and most of all junk food.
Samani Jina Pragya demonstrated Preksha Yoga Asanas for seniors, hand postures (mudras), different benevolent sounds and mantras.
