What should be done to bring about change in mental attitudes? What is the best way for that?

Answer:
If the method of training of the mind is linked with education, then substantial transformation can be expected. In other words, if change is to be brought about from inside, if mental transformation is to be achieved, the work will have to be started from education itself.
