- Blood circulation to each & every part of the body by the network of 60000-miles long veins & arteries

- Purification of blood by carrying toxins & waste from the kidneys
It is also called “disease of ignorance” because it develops silently without announcement. It results from unsystematic & hotchpotch life style. When the blood vessels of the heart are blocked up to 70%, this is called a ngina pectoris; decrease in oxygen supply is called ischemia.
The blood vessel, which supplies blood to the heart, is called coronary tube. It's blockage results in heart disease. Coronary tube is blocked due to deposition of fats in blood that makes the tube inelastic and increases pressure of blood flow.
Another heart disease is endocarditis, which means swelling of the inner wall of heart. This swelling is mainly due to bacteria infection that may occur during operation of teeth, urinary bladder etc. When bacteria reach the heart, together with platelets and fibers they cause the swelling; this may also result in a swelling of valves.

Kayotsarg is a strong technique to relax the whole body & to remove tension.
Kayotsarg for 30 minutes daily is enough to recharge mind, body & soul & to peel off tension.
How to do:
- In a calm & silent environment, lay straight down on the earth. Keep legs at a distance of 1 foot from each other & hands open towards sky at ½ feet from body. Close the eyes softly.
- Concentrate on the big toe of the right leg & give suggestion to “Relax, relax. Be relaxed.“
- Feel that toe is relaxing. Give same suggestion to each & every part of body sequentially, as right toe, figures, heel, palm, ankle, calf muscles, knee, thigh muscles; do it same way to left leg.
- Relax the abdominal region, stomach region, chest, back, right hand, left hand, neck, face, forehead region & finally brain.
Preksha MeditationConcentrate on each part for 2-3 minutes & autosuggest them to be relaxed.
Feel that body is relaxing. After making the whole body relaxed, now travel through body from toe to brain & feel the vibrations of life energy in it.
To complete session, take 3-4 long & slow breathes & come back.
- Perception of deep breathing
- Meditation on vessels of heart & lungs
- Sit comfortably. Close the eyes. Relax the body by making it lose & give autosuggestion “Body is relaxing from toe to head” continuously for 3 minutes.
- Assume you are inhaling bottle green colour. Feel it inside the body while inhaling, 10 minutes.
- Concentrate on Anand Kendra (center of bliss in the chest, thymus gland region) & assume the green colour lightening all parts of the heart, i.e. all the four chambers.
- Feel the green colour entering into the blocked vessels & start to dissolve blockage slowly & slowly.
- Concentrate on the heart and give suggestion to it for 10-15 times, “Blockage of heart vessels is opening. My heart is becoming healthier. I will surely get recovered from this disease.“
- Sit calmly & close the eyes softly. Relax the body by making it lose & give autosuggestion “Body is relaxing from toe to head” continuously for 3 minutes.
- Assume you are inhaling blue colour. Feel this blue colour around yourself.
Feel it inside the body while inhaling, 10 minutes.
- Concentrate on the psychic centre of enlightenment (Jyoti Kendra) in the middle of the forehead and repeat 9 times with sound and then 9 times mentally in silence, “Patience is increasing. Mental ability is increasing.“
- Repeat silently again & again, for 10 minutes, “Heart disease is affecting me. I have to decrease its effect. I will not be tensed; otherwise it will destroy my energy. I will take my disease very patiently without disturbing my mental & emotional health.
- Complete the process with “OM” chanting for 3 minutes.
- Recite daily “Lam, lam, lam” for 5 minutes while concentrating on the heart region.
- Recite daily “Rim, rim, rim” for 10 minutes while concentrating on the heart region.
