[O Benevolent!]
A devotee who has held nagadamani [medicine which destroys poison] of your pious name, in his heartcrosses fearlessly over an extremely venomous snake that has blood red eyes, black body like the neck of exited cuckoo, raised hood [that is, your devotee has no fear of snake].
