O Ocean of virtues! Can your virtues, which are as pure as the glow of the moon be narrated by someone who is like Brihaspati [the preceptor/guru of gods] with his unlimited wisdom? [certainly not!]
At time of final destruction, the heavy gales make the reptiles [crocodiles] of the ocean so frightened [that they lash about in fury] - who is able to swim across that ocean with his arms? [certainly not!]
