When a goal is determined to make a house - architect, designer, engineers & workers need to work together to bring the desired results. Thus joint efforts can create a new dream."
These were the words of Acharya Mahaprajna in the inaugurating session of 38th Annual seminar of Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad.
In this three days seminar five hundred youth from one hundred eight parishad from country and abroad participated.
Laying stress on the importance of organisation Mahaprajnaji said: "A group of sticks joint to make a broom. Infinite atoms form an object when joint or organized together. Thus training in behavioral efficiency is needed for every member of any organisation. A man enter in conflict with oneself then how can he withstand other without training our mind."
Later Acharyashree laid stress on knowing ones limit and restraining power.
In order to stop present days problem it has become necessary to know one limit and obey it.
There are two types of peoples in a society, one are mindful people & other egoists.
An organisation with a majority of mindful and intellectual members flourish - on the other hand a large number of egoists getting together can ruin the whole thing.
A person filled with ego and only personal motivated is a danger for an organisation where as absence of these negative attitude help an organisation to reach new destinations.
Thus ego is the biggest enemy of organizational bodies where it directly or indirectly try to break an organisation. Painting to direction of development he quoted " In addition to social and physical development attempt should be made for upliftment of moral values in a society.
There should be a clear concept of development in the mind.
Development in the field of social work have been conducted but attempt in the field of education & character is still very less.
Biggest fault is immoral behaviour. Don't you all indulge an immoral attempts in your offices.
So its essential for every youth of yuvak parishad to think about the actions - having in mind the Surat Spiritual Declaration. Decide according to one utility and capacity.
