Five Days Preksha Meditation Camp organised by Terapanthi Sabha Delhi held at Adhyatma Sadhana Kendra from 24th to 28th December, 2007
A five days Preksha Meditation Camp was organised under the auspicious presence of Muni Shri Sumermalji "Ladnun" under the direction of Swami Dharmananda. Sri Dhanpat Lunia secretary Terapanth Sabha Delhi welcomed Munishri and the participants which were 74 in number. Swami Dharmananda pleased to express his pleasure that the first time Terapanthi Sabha has organised such a camp in Kendra. He explained about the programmes and the time table of the camp and requested each and every one to attend the periods and learn the technique whole heartily. Muni Udit Kukmarji explained the purpose of the camp. Muni Vijay Kumarji inspired the participants with his melodious song.

Muni Shree Sumermalji in his sermon at the opening session of the camp said that today the wrong things are entering into the life. The anger and other emotions are increasing and an environment of anarchy is developing. Due to these unfavorable conditions the tension is increasing creating more problems. The Practice of Preksha Meditaion is panecia for all these ills. The different practices of Preksha Meditaion have helped the mentally and emotionally broken people and on the other han it has also helped people to come out from the physical sickness Regular camps for the reversal of Heart Disease camps are organised at Adhyatma Sadhana Kendra. People are benefited from the camp and they have been able to save themselves from the surgery of the heart.This is a very effective and good programme.Muni Shree also initiated the participants in Upsampada and explained in details about the same.

The programme of the camp started at 5.30 A M and concluded at 9.30 P M every day. There were two classes for practice of Preksha Meditation -perception of deep breating, Kayotsarga, HRE asanas and Pranayama and one class mantra chanting,, Anatomy & Physiology and Preksha Philosophy every day. Muni Uditkumarji, Swami Dharmanandji, and other yoga teachers of the Kendra guided the participants.

At the concluding session of the camp Mr. Vmal Surana the president of J.S.T Delhi expressed his satisfaction thanked all the participants and gratitude to Muni Shree and other munis for their presence and guidance.

The programme was moderated by Sri Dhanpat Lunia. The participants were mainly from Shahdra, Noida, Faridabad and Gurgoan. All the programmes were conducted at Sadhana Kendra and boarding and lodging was provided at Terapath Bhawan.
