National Seminar on Book 'Happy & Harmonious Family'

People needs non-violent and peaceful family life - Dr. Singhvi

New Delhi, 6th Dec.

The family is the first school where the effective training of non-violence and moral values be given. Above thoughts were given by Dr. A.M. Singhvi, National Spokesman of Congress & M.P. while addressing the Seminar as the Chief Guest. He further said that “Today nation needs a peaceful and non-violent family life as well as nuclear weapon. Since 10 years there is a drastic change in the area of women empowerment. I could not say the change is good or bad but there is a major change, he added. We need to evaluate the social impact of law when we sit to make and introduce new law otherwise we couldn’t reach at happy family. There are some complaints for misusing the law relating dowry and domestic violence. It needs amendment. If we want to make a new happy society then we have to try to follow the principles laid down by H.H. Acharya Shree in the Book Happy and Harmonious Family.

The Seminar was organized by Terapanth Mahila Mandal Delhi, an unit of All India Terapanth Mahila Mandal. Presiding the Seminar Eminent Thinker and Journalist Dr. Ved Pratap Vedic said that this Book is very useful and Acharya’s teaching focus overall enrichment of the individual life. He said that Acharya Shree elaborates on peaceful co-existence and peace of mind. Key Note Speaker Padam Shree Dr. Shyam Singh Shashi said that Acharya Mahapragya is not only a Spiritual Leader but also a social reformer. He is a real Spiritual Scientist.

Disciple of H.H. Acharya Shree Sadhvi Yashodhra also addressed the Seminar and said that as per Acharya Shree we must learn to live together and develop tolerance.

Editor of Uday India, Mr. Prakash Nanda, while addressing the Seminar said the Book is indeed a value edition to the contemporary publication. It is like encyclopedia of Happy & Harmonious Family. Eminent Writer Dr. Nizamuddin also addressed the Seminar.

The Seminar was commenced to order by Manglacharan performed by Ms. Charu Banthia. Mandal President, Mrs. Suman Nahata welcomed all the distinguished guests and Secretary Mrs. Saroj Jain gave vote of thanks. Mrs. Sunita Jain was the Master of Ceremony. Mrs. Bharti Kanther was the Convenor of the Seminar.
