JVBH Presents Epic Play:

Life is a game of winning and loosing between good and evil. Ups and downs are the co-pilots of life. Through these trials and tribulations, what makes your life blissful is your positive attitude.

This is the message of the epic of Nal-Damyanti which is based on real story. It is not just a story but an inspiration to be positive, to have patience to accept the given situation without complaining and blaming.

Damyanti, the queen of beauty and grace, is a religious lady and chooses Nal, a righteous and brave man, as her soul-mate. Their life together is full of joy and peace. But Nal becomes the victim of evil intentions of his own brother Kuber. What we observe is that any contact or connection with evil leads to contamination of virtues.

Nal can’t escape from the conspiracy of Kuber in the game of dice. The temptation of winning takes Nal towards the pitch of destruction. Finally, Nal looses everything… his crown, kingdom and even Damyanti. Kuber exiles Nal from his kingdom. But Damyanti’s unconditional love for Nal can’t separate them. Both are deported to the forest. They bear the hardships of the forest life and pass the days in hopes of one day getting back to their normal life.

Damyanti’s tests though are not over yet. Separation is in her destiny. Nal leaves her alone while she is sleeping. But why does he leave his beloved life partner?

Damyanti is in shock when she finds herself alone. But she accepts this grave misfortune as the result of her past Karma. She does not loose her faith towards God and her love for Nal. Nal might have left her but patience and positive attitude do not leave her company. She leads her life immersed in prayer and meditation which gives her strength to face any danger in the forest. This is how she spends almost 12 years.

What happens to Damyanti? Where does she go? Could she and Nal get united or does she find a new life partner? What happens to Nal? Why does destiny play such a cruel game with her? Is this truly the effect of any karma of past life?
