With practical tips, she called upon participants to learn principles of Management from Jainology and adopt Namaskar Mahamantra in their day to day life for their spiritual awakening. She apprised the participants that the Jain philosophy is scientific and mathematical. Its doctrine of non-absolutism unhinges the root of obstinacy. Its principle which attaches importance to action inspires an individual to be self-reliant and also protects him from becoming useless. Our philosophy is not that of absolutism, it gives importance to the views of the others too. This way by adapting to this philosophy, the professionals can imbibe humane values in their lifestyle and subsequently progress. Also, every Jain should vow to strengthen his conscience and should have a firm belief on the truthfulness of truth. The Jain lifestyle ensures safety to the health on one side and on the other establishes the values of spirituality. What is needed is how we keep ourselves aware of our deficiencies and how we work on overcoming them.
