JIV Daya Appeal

Love Care Compassion

Jai Jinendra and Pranam,

Jivdaya Committee wishes you a Sukha Shata and Michchhami Dukkddam at the auspicious time of Paryushan and Das Lakshana. Jains around the world practice Jivdaya by following Ahimsa in their daily lives and wholeheartedly supporting Jivdaya activities during this auspicious time. Here in Wisconsin USA ,Strauss brand is planning an expansion of a slaughterhouse. The expansion will mean 500 additional lives/day. We need to support JAINA, leading the legal flight to "STOP SLAUGHTERHOUSE CAMPAIGN".

Last year due to COVID we were not able to collect large fund. Ongoing COVID pandemic has created lot of hardship on humans and animals. Jivdaya committee is receiving several pleas for help from various panjarapoles. Present need is providing fodder, veterinary medical help, and providing temporary shelters. We also have few animal shelters in USA that need our support. We have SASHA Farm animal sanctuary and safe haven for Animals one in Michigan. Recently One in Colorado is opened by one of our compassionate Jain member

The Jivdaya committee requests your support in taking care of animals. The impact of even a small donation makes a big difference in the lives of these animals. This year target is $ 15000 plus. Cost of fodder price has been doubled. A truck load of fodder, costing approximate cost of $700, can feed 150 animals a day. Generous donation of $151 will provide necessary veterinary help to 10 animals.
Your generous donation of just $101 can save one cow from the slaughterhouse. Donation of $251 can provide food, shelter, and medical care for one cow for a year.
Please send your tax deductible (USA) donation as soon as possible Check should be drawn in favor of “JSGD, with memo Jivdaya”. If you have any questions, please contact any of the Jivdaya committee members or send an email to [email protected]
