New Man : New World: Prekshadhyan

Today is the age of science. The world is drifting away from the spiritual moorings. Man is becoming more and more materialistic in his outlook. Forgetting that there exists an intrinsic treasure of tranquility and happiness within him, he tries to find it in the external world perceived by his senses, which is only a mirage. The result is that his desires remain unsatisfied. This need of the hour is that man must be rescued from the miasma of ignorance of the self. Preksha meditation fulfils this need by preventing man from descending into the quagmire of spiritual degradation and making himself conscious of the inward peace and happiness.

Practice of self-observation unravels the mysteries of the unconscious mind and brings about catharsis. The technique balances and harmonizes the endocrine system, which in turn controls the nervous system. This results in equilibrium of the neuro-endocrine systems.
