After recharging soul & mind with the positive powerful vibrations & guiding discourse of Acharya Shree & Yuvacharya Shree in the morning pravachan, we had a class of Kayotsarg, the class which everyone wait eagerly. Initial two days, we all had done Kayotsarg to relax the body from the tiredness of journey to Ladnun. Initially, this class was taken by Muni Niraj kumar ji in newly constructed Ahimsa Bhawan. Later on Muni Himanshu Kumar ji was guiding in his own unique way for Kayotsarg in Nidam’s hall. Because of his inspiration, on 4th day we tried the Kayotsarg in standing posture. After completion, I myself understand why standing posture is termed as the best posture for meditation. When we do standing Kayotsarg, body get relaxed but nap/sleep can’t dare to affect the awareness level. I had realized the flow of current running into the body but feeling very relaxed simultaneously. Also I feel a shot of how soul is different from body, a different feeling in which I always wished to stay for longer period forgetting the outer world completely. This is a state of pause where we see what we are in actual removing the different masks of worldly identifications. I am failed to express the true sentiments & sensation of Kayotsarg as it can only be felt not expressed. Like me, everybody in our group gave the highest ranking to Kayotsarg in all type of meditation we had done. Bhagwan Mahavira had said 2600 years ago that Kayotsarg is the starting & ending of meditation. We are now realizing his saying in true sense.
Class of Kayotsarg finishes at 11.30 am nearly which then followed by the two n half hour lunch & rest break. Our food in charge was Mr. Shambhu ji who was very prompt in his duty along with his other subordinates. Food was as per meditation camp, free from spices along with delicious butter milk to satisfying the hunger. One of the vows of meditation is Mittaahar and I tried this. When I return back home & to my hostel in Mumbai, my family & friends had commented that meditation has added glory to my personality and positive changes is reflecting at physical & behavioral ground.
During this long break, I used to utilize one hour for lunch & rest and then went to the library for my Ph.D work. In Mumbai, I don’t have library facility near by and in Ladnun there are near about 60,000 books covering many streams of education. I took benefit of this also during camp.
