Two Days Preksha Meditation Camp ►July 31st and August 01st

Why Meditate?

If we look around the world, we find the people trapped in the flood of the problems like
1) Physical- Diabetes, Thyroid, Hypertension etc
2) Mental - Anxiety, Stress, Depression etc
3) Emotional - Anger, Greed, Ego, Jealousy etc. And the result is unhappiness, pain, broken family, and violent world.
What can be the solution of these endless problems? To understand the solution, at first we need to understand the root cause, that lies within us.

Impure impulses coming from within, makes our leshya (aura) impure. When leshya is impure, emotions are negative; when emotions are negative,  negative bio-chemicals are produced in the body, which lead to negative thoughts, words, action and thereby physical and mental turmoil.

Therefore, to solve the outer problems we need to cure the root and meditation is the best treatment for it.

What is Preksha Meditation?

Preksha Meditation is a holistic and scientific approach developed by Acharya Mahapragya ji. Here Preksha means ‘to perceive’. Preksha Meditation means to perceive our inner self with deep concentration but without the feeling of like and dislike.

What to do?

The first technique of Preksha Meditation is deep Relaxation, which helps to remove physical stress and develop awareness. The second is perception of breathing to develop the concentration and control the thoughts. At Deeper level, it includes perception of body, contemplations, Internal trip, perception of Psychic centers, Color meditation etc.

The Benefits:

Physical level:

Energizes the cells and cures physical problems

Mental level:

Trains the mind to concentrate

Emotional level:

Develops positive emotions

Spiritual Level:

Develops purity of the inner self.

Preksha Meditation is easy to practice. The more you practice the more you experience the inner silence. It is the matter of experience.
Please give yourself additional drive time to be on-time.  Camp will start sharp at 9 AM.
