The 7th and final session of Jain Scholar Studies Programme is being held in Kolkata. Jain scholar programme was a dream perceived by Acharya Tulsi and Acharya Mahaprajna and was given form with the support of Acharya Mahashraman. The zealous endeavour was started in 2011.
With the motive to create a Jain philosophy intellectual profound in every aspect of Jain Studies. It's an approx. 3-year course with 6 sessions of almost 12-days each. The syllabus covers The principles of Jainism, Comparative analysis with other philosophies, spoken and written Sanskrit and Prakrit, Manuscriptology, Karma Science, Jain Geography etc. This first batch has 15 students. This programme is being sponsored by Kanhaiyalal Patawari and Sushila Patawari Delhi, coordinated by Kalpana Baid under the directorship of Dr. Manju Nahata.
Samani Chaitanya Pragya is teaching Praman Mimansa. Samani Shukla Pragya, Samani Unnat Pragya, Samani Sulabh Pragya attended selected session.
