Acharya Jeetmal Language: Rajasthani: 12~~तीर्थंकर वासुपूज्य प्रभु। प्रभु वासुपूज्य भजलै प्राणी! द्वादशमा जिनवर भजियै,राग द्वेष मच्छर माया तजियै। प्रभु लाल वरण तन छिब जाणी,प्रभु वासुपुज्य भजलै प्राणी।।१।। वनीता जाणी वेतरणी,शिव -सुंदर वरवा हूंस घणी। काम -भोग तज्या किम्पाकाणी,प्रभु वासुपूज्य भजलै प्राणी।।२।। अंजन -मंजन स्यूं अलगा,बलि पुष्प विलेपन नहीं विलगा। कर्म काट्या ध्यान -मुद्रा ठाणी,प्रभु वासुपूज्य भजलै प्राणी ।।३।। इन्द्र थकी अधिका ओपै,करूणागर कदेय नहीं कोपै। वर साकर दूध जिसी वाणी,प्रभु वासुपूज्य भजलै प्राणी ।।४।। स्त्री स्नेह पासा दुर्दन्ता, कह्या नरक निगोद तणां पंथा । इह भव पर भव दुखदाणी,प्रभु वासुपूज्य भजलै प्राणी ।।५।। गज कुंभ दलै मृगराज हणी,पिण दोहिली निज आतम दमणी । इम सुण बहु जीव चेत्या जाणी,प्रभु वासुपूज्य भजलै प्राणी।।६।। भाद्रवी पूनम उगणीसो,कर जोड़ नमूं वासुपूज्य ईसो । प्रभु गांता रोम-राय हुलसाणी,प्रभु वासुपूज्य भजलै प्राणी।।७।।		Bhagwan Vasupujya Symbol - Buffalo

अर्थ~~12~तीर्थंकर वासुपूज़्य प्रभु

प्राणी! तू प्रभु वासुपूज्य का भजन कर ।

प्रभो! तुम बारहवें तीर्थकर हो।तुम्हारे शरीर की छवी रक्तिम आभा लिये हुए है ।हमे राग,द्वेष मात्सर्य ओर माया को छोड़कर तुम्हारा भजन करना चाहिए।

तुमने वासना को वैतरणी नदी समझा पर मुक्ति -स्त्री का वरण करने की तीर्व अभीप्सा की ।तुमने काम - भेागो को किम्पाक समझकर छोड़ दिया ।

तुमने आंखों में अंजन नहीं आंजा,स्नान नहीं किया और शरीर पर पुष्प विलेपन आदि का स्पर्श भी नहीं किया ।ध्यान - मुद्रा में स्थित हो कर्म के बंधन काट डाले।

वासुपूज्य प्रभो! तुम्हारी इन्द्र से भी अधिक शोभा है ।हे करूणाकार! तुम कभी कुपित नहीं होते ।इसलिए तुम्हारी वाणी में मिश्री-मिश्रित दूध जैसी मिठास है ।

स्त्री के प्रति होने वाले दुर्दम स्नेहपाश को तुमने नरक और निगोद का पथ बतलाया ।वह इस भव और परभव दोनों में दुःख देने वाला है ।

गज- कुम्भ का दलन करने वाले तथा सिंह को मारने वाले योद्धा के लिऐ भी अपनी आत्मा को वश में करना कठिन है।तुम्हारी इस वाणी को सुनकर अनेक प्राणी जाग उठे ।

मैं करबद्ध होकर प्रभु वासुपूज्य को प्रणाम करता हूँ। प्रभु के गुणों का संगान करने से मेरे रोम -रोम उल्लसित हो रहे है ।

English Translation:

12th Tirthankara Vasupujya Bhagwan

O living one! Chant the Vasupujya Prabhu.

Lord! You are the twelfth Tirthankara. Image of your body is glowing red. We should chant you after getting rid of Raga, Dvesha, Maya and envy.

You perceived the fantasy as the Vaitarni Nadi (Styx), but you were keenly hanker to adopt the dame Mukti. You perceived lust as the Kimpak Fal and gave it up.

You never put Kajal (collyrium) in your eyes, never took bath and even never touched your body with any coating of flowers etc. You cut the knot of Karma by situating in Dhyan posture.

Lord Vasupujya! Your glory is more than the Indra's. O merciful God! You never get angry i. e. your heavenly voice is full of sweetness as if candy mingled in the milk.

You apprised the affection towards woman as the path of Narak Nigoda, which is cumbersome in the present and up coming births too.

It is very tough to overwhelm the own soul even for a brave fighter who can overwhelm the elephant and kill the lion. A large number of humans awakened by listening this heavenly voice of yours.

I beseechingly bow before Lord Vasupujya. I have experienced a great rejoice in each and every pore inside me by reciting you.
