Samani Niyojika Akshay Pragya gave a broader perspective to the duties of the Sabha representatives.

Yuvacharyashree said, “Paraspropgraho Jeevanam is a great sutra to understand society and organisation. When powerful persons give helping hands to the needy and weak, society as a whole becomes powerful. Functionaries should look first what is their duty and then perform it, without looking for fame and name.

We can distinguish four important powers

  • Manpower
  • Moneypower
  • Management power
  • Morality power

Any society, which has all these four, can be termed as successful.”

Acharyashree said, “For better and more efficient management of an organisation, continuity and long term contributions are needed. Retired people could find a new challenge in working for the organisation. Capacity, time management and dedication are keywords for planning in a good direction for the organisation.”

The conference started in presence of Sadhvi Pramukhaji. Her topic was on everyone's responsibility in changing the scenario.

Sadhvi Niyojika Vishrutvibhaji spoke on the qualities of functionaries, being considered as good when they strive for the aim with full willpower and do not fear adverse circumstances.

Acharyashree said, “Organisations lacking spiritual power are weak. Those unable to control their emotions, can neither live in peace, nor let live others in peace. Disciplined persons are peaceful and polite. For better results, we need to train people how to control their emotions.”

15th August 2006

Yuvacharyashree valued this day being very important for the nation, as it got independence.

H.H. Acharyashree reminded at this occasion that Acharya Tulsi had composed the song ‘Asali Azadi Apnao' (accept real freedom) when India became independent.

Conclusion: The many representatives from all over India felt that they got lots of energy from H.H and the monks and nuns, enabling them to work for the benefit of their community, as well as rendering their personal life more purposeful.
