Gyan Mudra

This hand posture is one of the most important, 'Gyan' means knowledge, 'Mudra' position.
Gyan Mudra increases intelligence and receptiveness, it calms and improves concentration.

How to do:
Sitting cross-leggeded with hands upwardly on correspondent knees, tips of thumbs and index fingers touch, other fingers straight but relaxed, eyes closed, watching breath or performing Mahaprana Divani.
