JVB Centre London conducted a 15-day Initial Preksha Meditation Training course from 19th May to 6th June, with the purpose of training people in the practice of Meditation. About 20 people attended the classes, which were held every morning (Monday-Friday) from 7am to 8am. The daily sessions included recitation of Mangal Bhavana, Preksha Song, Practice of Relaxation and Meditation by Samaniji and an explanation of the steps to Meditation by Swami Dharmanandji. Participants were taught the pronunciation of Sutras and the process of leading the Meditation and Relaxation, followed by a chance for them to ask questions. These daily classes are still going on and now under the guidance of respected Samanijis, practitioners conduct the class so that with learning they can earn a teaching experience too. On the auspicious occasion of Pragya Divas (89th Birth day of H.H Acharya Mahapragya) JVB London is going to certify those participants who will pass the exam.
