NAMO AYARIYANAM

NAMO UVAJJHAYANAM

Meaning:

  • Obeisance to the Upadhayas.
  • Upadhyaya is the one who has the knowledge of the Scriptures and teaches the same to others.
  • Characteristic qualities(inherent powers): Twenty Five.

Methodology of chanting:

  • Choose any suitable and comfortable posture,face east or north direction and Chant line

OM NAMO UVAJJHAYANAM

while concentrating at the middle portion of the chest (Anand Kendra) visualizing the green colour of the leaves of the tree.

Advantages:

  • Pacifies the passion, awakens the consciousness of bliss.
  • Pacif ies the ill effects of the planet Mercury.

Mudra:

  • UpadhyayMudra.

Process:

  • Raise both hands while inhaling. Neck & eyes should be towards sky. Lower down hands while exhaling.
