Acharya Samrat Shivmuniji, Bholebaba Pujya Shri Ratan Muniji, Pravartaka Shri Suman Muniji, Dr. Suvrat Muniji, Munivarya Shri Shrish Muniji Maharaj Sahib and Param Pujya Pravartini Arya Rajkumariji, Mahasati Sudhaji, Mahasadhvi Kiranji, Mahasadhvi Janakaji and other Sadhus and Sadhvis of Shramana Sangh gave their blessings. The ceremony was attended by more than eight thousand Jains along with prominent industrialists and representatives of Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha.

After the special address by Acharya Shri on the auspicious occasion of Mahavira Jayanti, the book release function took place. Dr. S. P. Pandey gave a brief Introduction of the author and the book, telling the audience that Mr. Pierre Paul Amiel had also completed other prominent translation works motivated by his inclination and dedication towards Jain Religion and its philosophy. He further narrated how this publication was conceptualised and later entrusted to Parshwanath Vidyapeeth for publication.

He especially thanked Dr. Sulekh Jain without whose help and tireless efforts this work could not have seen the light of the day. The contributions of Prof. Sagarmalji Jain and those of Dr. S. P. Pandey were also acknowledged.

The book then was released with the blessings of Acharya Samrat Shri Shiv Muniji Maharaj Sahib, Shri Dharam Dev Jain, chief guest at the function, Shri Ram Kumar Jain, Shraman Shawl Wale, Shri Hiralal Jain, President Shri Jainendra Gurukul Panchkula and former President of Parshwanath Vidyapeeth, and Shri Ramesh C. Jain of Sangam Weavers and the chairperson of Upadhyaya Shri Phoolchand Jain Charitable Hospital Ludhiana.
In his address Acharya Shri appreciated the massive efforts of Mr. Pierre Amiel who gave a detailed account of history, culture and way of life of Jains in India and abroad. After expressing his deep appreciation of the work he blessed it and then signed a personal copy for Mr. Amiel wishing it all success.
