Samani Nidesika Bhavit Pragya while addressing sabha at Amolak Bhawan on 3rd September, 2009 at Amolak Bhawan said that the present age is scientific age.  Today science has developed drastically. The field of scientific achievement has a rapid growth. Science is reaching great heights day by day. This fact is not unacceptable that due to science man has developed all round, but on the other hand there is decrease in the pleasure. On one side, intelligence of human has reached its peak and at the same time the state of mind has attained plight. Due to tension, life is burning in worries. Tension is product of mind. In western countries, the more of material wealth a man possess, the more tension persists. That is why life has become a treasury of sadness and dissatisfaction. For materialistic people, physical entertainment is one of the only source of happiness. That is why in spite of scientific development and progress man feels incompleteness in life. Viewing the present situation, it is essential that man must change his means and ways of living.

Health is an invaluable possession in human life. Health is our best friend and sickness is our enemy.  To maintain health, you should chew your food properly. The more you chew your food, the more saliva is produced. Emyles tylin enzyme is found in saliva, Emyles digests the carbohydrates and it also digests other food components. The more you chew the food, the more secretion and the flow of digestive juices is increased in the digestive track.

For a healthy body laughing is necessary, which has no side effects.  Twenty seconds of laughter gives you so much exercise to heart that you cannot get from rowing a boat for three minutes. Smiling is gift of God for which we should be effortful. By laughing and smiling, all systems of body are well affected. Prominent among them are respiratory system, endocrine glands and blood circulatory system. Dr. Wark of California is of the opinion when we are happy then white blood cells and defensive elements function to their best. Good laughter reduces Blood Pressure. Thus healthy results are obtained due to vitality. Due to vitality in blood, a person feels fresh, sportive and energetic. Happiness helps in creating endorphin hormone and positive waves in cerebral cortex.

The fundamental basis of health is flexibility of the backbone. Without this good health cannot be desired. The ways and means to maintain this flexibility is exercise. Regular combination of exercise keeps body healthy.
A healthy body develops a healthy mind. Consumption of alcoholic and sedative drugs makes mind, brain and intelligence weak within a short period. The result of which is that man comes in such a situation that he develops anger, irritation, emotional feelings and bitterness in relationship. Nutritious food also maintains the mental equilibrium. Positive thinking and meditation can reduce mental disturbance and wavering thoughts of mind.

Positive thinking invites good feelings, whatever action occurs behind the screen of our mind causes its effect on our emotions, good feelings and purifies the aura, whereas dirty thoughts pollute aura.

By adopting the aforementioned factors in the 21st  century, living life style of each and every man should be healthy. As a result  our society will be healthy and progressive. Therefore, it is a must to see forth in the new century with new resolutions.
